That’s why every Pura Vida Flow Program begins with a complimentary Discovery Call and a Wellness Assessment, allowing the support to be tailored to the mother’s individual needs, her postpartum stage and her goals.
The program then continues through 10 personalised coaching sessions, which may include individual coaching, group sessions or a combination of both, depending on what best supports her journey.
