frequently asked question
Not at all.
Pura Vida Flow is designed for women after childbirth, regardless of their fitness level or previous experience with exercise.
The support starts from where you are today, respecting your recovery, your body and your own rhythm.
Pura Vida Flow is designed for women who have completed their pelvic floor rehabilitation and have been cleared by their healthcare professional to resume physical activity.
Every postpartum journey is different, which is why the support is always adapted to your individual situation.
Absolutely. Pura Vida Flow supports women between 3 and 36 months postpartum because this transition doesn’t end after the first few weeks.
Many mothers are still navigating physical recovery, mental load, changes in identity or a desire to reconnect with movement months after giving birth. The support is adapted to where you are today, not to how long ago you gave birth.
The first call is a free 15-minute conversation.
It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other, for you to tell me a little about yourself and your postpartum journey, and for me to answer any questions you may have about Pura Vida Flow.
I’ll also explain how the support works, discuss the different options available and provide all the pricing information. There is absolutely no obligation to continue afterwards.
The Wellness Assessment is the first step of your support.
If you decide to move forward after our first call, we’ll schedule a dedicated individual session to better understand your postpartum journey, your relationship with movement, your goals and any specific considerations.
During this session, we’ll also carry out the first assessments and movement tests needed to create a personalised programme adapted to your needs, your recovery and your objectives.
No.
Every journey begins with a Wellness Assessment, but what comes next depends entirely on your needs.
Some women benefit from individual coaching, others prefer group sessions, and some combine both. The support is adapted to your postpartum stage, your goals and your personal situation.
I travel across Paris and the surrounding areas. Individual sessions can take place at home or outdoors, near your home or workplace. Group sessions are mainly held outdoors, and occasionally indoors when the weather doesn’t allow for an outdoor session.
Because every woman is different, there isn’t a one-size-fits-all programme.
During our first call, we’ll discuss your needs, the different support options and the pricing. This allows you to receive clear information and decide whether Pura Vida Flow is the right fit for you before making any commitment.
Every woman’s recovery is unique.
The support takes into account your current condition, your medical history and, whenever appropriate, the recommendations of your healthcare professionals.
Exercises are always adapted to ensure your progression is safe, gradual and appropriate for your situation.
Yes.
Babies are welcome during the sessions if needed.
Pura Vida Flow was created with the reality of motherhood in mind. Throughout the session, each mother remains responsible for her child.
No.
Pura Vida Flow isn’t about returning to the person you were before pregnancy. It’s about reconnecting with the woman you are today.
The goal isn’t to chase a previous version of yourself, but to rebuild confidence, strength and wellbeing through movement, at your own pace.
Movement is the foundation of the support, but it’s not the whole story.
Pura Vida Flow was created to support women in reconnecting with themselves through movement while recognising that postpartum also affects the mind, emotions and everyday life.
Every session is designed with the whole person in mind, not just the body.
That’s exactly why the first call exists.
It’s an opportunity to ask questions, tell me about your situation and understand whether the support matches your needs, with absolutely no obligation to continue.
