What if “being fine”
isn’t the same as feeling okay?

Postpartum can feel overwhelming, physically, mentally, emotionally.
Your body has changed
Your energy feels different
Your time is no longer yours alone

So many women move through this stage putting themselves last, navigating exhaustion, expectations, and unanswered questions, while being told that “everything is fine.”

Yet inside, something feels off.

You may feel surrounded, but still deeply alone.

You may be moving forward every day, without truly having the space to reconnect with yourself.

You may need guidance that feels clear, supportive, and adapted to who you are today.

Because mothers
need care too
Pura Vida Flow was born from the realization that postpartum is not only about physical recovery.
It is a deep transition period, where many women continue moving forward in silence despite exhaustion, mental overload, loss of identity or feelings of isolation.
The program was designed as an “oxygen mask” for mothers: support that uses movement, human connection and emotional support to help women gradually regain a sense of grounding, confidence and balance, without pressure to perform and without going through this period alone.

What guides
Pura Vida Flow

Here, there is no pressure to “get your old body back”
Postpartum transforms the body, the mind and everyday life. Movement is approached as a tool for support, reconnection and wellbeing, never as punishment or a performance obligation.

The goal is not to do more. But to do things differently
Progressively.
Without pressure.
Respecting the postpartum body and each woman’s own rhythm.

Human connection is part of the support
Many women go through this period feeling alone in what they are experiencing. Pura Vida Flow was designed to create connection, allow women to share, feel understood and no longer carry everything alone.

All emotions have their place
Postpartum is not always experienced as a “happy” or “fulfilling” moment. Exhaustion, guilt, loss of identity, loneliness or mental overload can also be part of this period. Here, no emotion is “forbidden”.

Each woman experiences postpartum differently
Some women need to rebuild confidence in their bodies. Others mainly need to breathe mentally, break isolation or find space for themselves again. At Pura Vida Flow, there is no single “right” way to experience postpartum.

From a personal experience to a
Reality shared by many women

After going through postpartum depression, I became aware of a reality that is still talked about far too little: Many women go through this period feeling alone, exhausted, lost or disconnected from themselves, while still continuing to move forward every single day.
But I also realized that beyond physical activity, women needed support that was more global, more human and more adapted to the reality of postpartum. Through conversations with other mothers and perinatal professionals, I realized that this experience was far from isolated.
This is what led me to retrain as a fitness coach, specialize in pre and postnatal coaching and become certified in mental health first aid, with the desire to create a safe, progressive and pressure-free environment. Today, movement, mental health and human connection hold a central place in the way I support women during postpartum.
After 15 years working in the corporate world, I also understand the reality of mental overload, returning from maternity leave and the feeling of having to keep managing everything while trying to regain balance for yourself.
From the meeting point between personal experience, movement support and the desire to stop women from going through this period alone, I created Pura Vida Flow as the kind of support I wish I had during my own postpartum journey: human, safe and pressure-free support where movement becomes a tool for care, reconnection and wellbeing.
