Data submitted through a contact request, gift card request or appointment booking is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of the last interaction, unless you request to delete it before that date.

When you become a Pura Vida Flow client, the necessary data to provide your services is retained for the duration of our relationship and thereafter only for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend Pura Vida Flow’s legal rights.
